About Greg
Greg Parrish has considerable experience amazing audiences with his animated and powerful live performances. He has been gracing country music with live shows for over 25 years.
Having grown up in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Greg Parrish has enjoyed singing and performing his entire life from high school chorus and bluegrass gospel upright bass to acoustic guitar and backing vocals in a variety band.
Continually growing and adapting his music, Parrish has played in multiple groups and enjoyed much success as a rising solo artist. Most recently Greg was awarded “Male Artist of the Year” and “Entertainer of the Year” by the Carolina Country Music Association. Greg and his band performed at the Carolina Country Music Awards show at the House of Blues in North Myrtle Beach, SC and also played to a full house at the CCMA pre-show party and after-party at the famous Bowery in Myrtle Beach.
Drawing inspiration from his creative influences, Chris Ledoux, Travis Tritt, Matchbox 20, and others, the skilled artist dropped his first single, “Make Her Miss Me Through This Radio,” in December 2021. A brilliant singer and performer, Greg Parrish, followed his first release's success with a stirring new track, “Sweet Ride”, which was released in October 2022 on the Iron Gate Records label. “Be That Fire”, a smoking new track dropped in January of 2023 on Iron Gate Records (Nashville). New tracks are on the horizon!
Greg has recently opened for national acts such as Shenandoah and Parmalee. The artist’s other stellar shows include his performances at the Carolina Country Music Festival in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, in June 2022. Greg and band will open for Michael Ray, Chris Lane, The Davidson Brothers & Chase Matthew in Spring of 2023. He is also set to perform at the SC Entertainment and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in June. 2023 promises to be an exciting year with new venues and festivals being added to the schedule – stay tuned for these developments!
